CITES Operations Center

Welcome to the Operations Center of Campus Information Technologies and Educational Services here at the University of Illinois.

The OpCenter has developed a number of tools in-house to help facilitate day-to-day operations. As well, the OpCenter has integrated state-of-the-art, outsourced software that helps us monitor the CITES Servers, Services, and campus Networks. Up-to-the-minute problems are detected and displayed using multiple mechanisms within the Operations Center, quickly alerting personnel of issues that need attention.
